Resort Description.
Deer Valley is located in Park City, Utah and is home to some of Utah's best downhill mountain biking trails. The Deer Valley resort is home to the NORBA National Championships and is know across the country for its trails that are tightly wound in the deep aspens and pines.
Although many of the trails at Deer Valley are very technical and require a certain type of bike and a certain skill level, there are also a wide variety of beginner (marked by a green circle) and intermediate trails (marked by blue squares). This aspect of the resort attracts many different types of people and makes it suitable for people of all ages and skill levels.
Most of the trails at this resort are downhill only and require you to buy a lift pass to shuttle you and your bike up to the top of the mountain. Although a lift pass costs money, it is well worth it. Having a lift to take you back to the top after each run is a great way to get a lot riding done in a short amount of time and ultimately improve your skills faster.
